James P. Pappas, CCIM (“Jim”)
President / Licensed Real Estate Broker
Jim specializes in sales and leasing of office, industrial & investment properties and has been licensed in New York State since 1986. As a life-long resident of Rochester he has a thorough knowledge of the real estate market. He has successfully worked with numerous National and Fortune 500 companies and well as Rochester businesses on their buyer / tenant representation assignments and exclusive listings (see Companies Assisted page) with sales and leasing volume in excess of $300 million.
He has held the distinguished CCIM designation for 30 years and is a member of the New York State Commercial Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors.
Jim is also a licensed Broker in South Carolina.

Licensed Real Estate Salesperson
Jimmy received his salesperson’s license in 2015 and joined the company in 2016. He is a member of the Greater Rochester Association of Realtors and New York State Commercial Association of Realtors. Previous to getting his R/E License he worked in the home remodeling business in Rochester, NY and Alexandria, VA.
In Jimmy’s short time with the company he has personally closed numerous transactions and assisted on dozens of other leases and sales. He has developed a keen aptitude for working with investment property (including multi-family real estate) as well as office and industrial properties.
Jimmy’s background also provides him with the tools to provide property management for certain types of properties. This would include determining rental income and negotiating lease agreements along with authorizing maintenance, repair, equipment, and supply expenditures and overall supervision.
Karen D. Pappas
Office Staff / Accounting
Karen provides general accounting and financial management including monthly recordings of income and expenses and year-end reports. She also deals with payroll, payroll filings and recorded tax payments.
