LOCATION DESCRIPTION

This site is located in the Village of Manlius, across the street from the entrance to the Stickley Furniture factory. There are multiple QSR retailers including Burger King, Dunkin Donuts, and several local bars and restaurants. There is a great community feel as well with Tops Supermarket and CVS Pharmacy, along with Chase Bank, Key Bank, M&T Bank, and SECNY Federal Credit Union. This site’s community feeling is complimented by the Manlius town offices being located directly across the street.
